Very important game in the Jupiler Pro League, since this would potentially be the title match. If the visitors would win this game it would be over and out. Off course nobody in blue and black would want to let this happen. The home player's bus was guided from the local central square to the stadium by a lot of smoke and Blue Army again organised a magnificent tifo (please see the pictures below). Unfortunately it did not help Club Brugge KV to snag the necessary victory this time. Both teams scored a free kick and the home team dominated the rest of the game, but without big opportunities. The will was strong, but the puzzle pieces just did not come together. Against the odds the visitors had a big chance to win the game, but Ethan Horvath managed to postpone the title by stopping the penalty kick. Everyone knew afterwards this draw was the end of the title race.
