I skipped the UEFA EURO 2016 tournament in France, due to personal reasons. I actually still regret it. Luckily for me there was another chance to follow one of the Belgian national teams close from home. I planned a nice road trip through The Netherlands for the UEFA Women's EURO 2017 tournament, which was held in first- and second-league grounds throughout the country. The three matches of the Belgian Red Flames were the main goals, but I added four other matches and two stadium visits as well. A whole new experience for me personally, since these would be my first matches of women's football.
